Hydroelectric is an expanding industry and Champion has provided dams with generator blocks since the 1980s. We entered into hydroelectric through current customers and were able to expand thereafter. Since then, we have supplied parts all over the world including Australia, Europe and across the US. Some popular dams we supply are Hoover in Las Vegas, Shasta Dam in California, and Table Rock Power plant in Missouri. Turbine drums can take up to two days to stop completely.
