AFT1006 product features include: High friction coefficient for maximum braking force, stable performance across operating conditions, and optimized wear characteristics. It is available in custom-sized slabs and segments, and is engineered for shoe and band applications.

Important Usage Guidelines

Due to its aggressive friction characteristics, AFT 1006 is not compatible with aluminum or soft metal mating surfaces. Recommended for use with appropriate hardened surfaces only.
