Riveting HWK2000 to a band
Bonding AFT 100 to a band

Riveting
Woven lining is drilled to match the existing holes in your band. Rivets are pushed through from the lining side and then compressed from the band side for a secure fit. Bonding Bonding uses a precut piece of molded lining along with a bonding agent to adhere the lining to the steel with pressure and 700 degrees for 15 minutes. The lining cures to the band. It is then cooled, machine finished and checked for proper adhesion and diameter. |
Forming the Band
|
A flat piece of steel is cut to size. It is then run through rollers to achieve the proper curvature. The hardware pieces are then welded to the band and the radius checked. Once it has passed inspection, the lining is applied. |
Sawguides
|
Manufacturing custom sawguides is one of our specialties, and the new Haas Machine is allowing for more shapes. The precision of the machine has the guides fitting within tighter tolerances. The edges are crisp and clean. |
|
The CNC nests parts utilizing the sheet of material and gives the highest yield. The 5 - axis allows us to cut external teeth as well. |
